This is truly odd. But here is a simple possible solution.

About l0 years ago I developed acid reflux. My husband and I started using lemon juice in water to help our metabolism. I have no idea if it helped my metabolism but it got completely rid of my acid reflux.

So based on the fact this happens after eating, try a glass of cool water with about 3 tablespoons of lemon juice in it with meals. As I understand it it corrects the acid balance in your stomach. It can't hurt to try it and it might help. We drink cold bottled water all day (about 6 to 8 bottles) but usually put the lemon juice in the first one of the day.

You might have your THYROID tested on your next visit to the Doctor. The Thyroid can cause peculiar problems with your throat and eating. It also can cause depression due to lack of the necessary hormone.

See a doctor. It could be gas. Then again it could be a blockage or something worse. How long have you felt this way? If only a short time (day to day and a half or less), lay flat on your back and press firmly on the right side of your abdomen. Hold it for 3 seconds and release. If it hurts more after you release it, it could be appendicitis. Does it hurt in your abdomen when you step with your right foot? Thats appendicitis too. See your doctor.
