Same flavours, half the work
MOCK STUFFED CABBAGE CASSEROLE
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
3/4 c. plain raw rice
1 sm. head green cabbage, chopped coarsely
1 can tomato soup plus 1/2 can water
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Saute hamburger and onions until meat is done and onions are transparent. Add green pepper and cook 3 minutes more. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain.
Mix all other ingredients together. Rice will cook as dish cooks. Add meat and onion mixture. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours or until most of the liquid is cooked down.
A delightful meal-in-one that reduces all the toil of making stuffed cabbage.

Stove Top Chicken Fajitas. Cut raw chicken into strips (about a pound). Cut a green pepper and an onion into strips. Put all three into a ziploc bag with 1/2 cup Italian dressing, 1/2 package taco seasoning and the juice of 1/2 a lime. Let marinate an hour or up to all day. Remove the meat and veggies from the marinade and throw it out (the baggy with the extra marinade). Then get out your wok and stir fry everything, very rapidly. The oil in the Italian dressing should be enough, but you can add a little more vegetable oil to the pan if you think you'll need it. Serve in warmed flour tortillas with cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole...whatever you like. This is a quick and easy way to make fajitas without heating up the grill or making the real marinade. It's delicious and takes very little time.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNGHR
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
