I hate the way my current company runs, to much office gossip. This is not my first job by far so I know its happens everywhere but still is to much.

Sounds like my last job. I was completely honest. I simply said that my current job wasn't a field I felt comfortable in and wished to return to my previous field. (I went from working with the public, to factory work, back to working with the public.) Be yourself. It will pay off in the end. GL

tell the truth but do it in a tasteful way. say that you are looking for a new more professional office environment and that you feel that you could work more proficiently in a setting more like the one you are applying for.
don't talk about gossip because that may flag you needlessly, especially if your current situation is an extreme. just tell them that you have issues with some people's professional conduct and would prefer to remove yourself from the situation rather than cause strife.

I wouldn't answer it with that answer of gossip... Just say something that I am looking for something better with more challenges or advancement...
