I saw this video on youtube saying that the chinese or japanese (i cant remember exactly but it was one of those 2) were working on a stealth fighter and surpisingly enough it looked like the F-22 but in a slightly different way. The plane itself looks cool and all but i prefer the american version of it. Also I dont think that it will have the same features like the F22, does anyone else know something about it?

SINO means China... now the Chinese are FAMOUS for buying, leasing, or stealing technology and copying / reverse-engineering it.
The Chinese are also spending TONS of money on their military... so I wouldn't be surprised if in a decade or so they start to reach near parity with the US Air Force in many areas.
Just remember how quickly the Soviets improved their sub-forces after getting the intelligence on HOW the USN was tracking their subs... they then stole the technology and their subs got a LOT quieter in a mere decade. Thank goodness they bankrupted themselves

Nothing special. Will pretty much end up being the same concept as the F-22. But since the F-22 has already been in service for a couple years, they're still, I'd say, a decade behind, as I'm sure we are already working on something better, at least in the stealth/avionics department.

Who knows. My feeling is that the Chinese aircraft is really a 4th generation plane and China will make very few of them. I heard they planes to have an aircraft fleet (including helicopters and non combat planes) of 1,200 by 2020. They have about 5,000 aircraft now, but some go back to the bi-plane era. I don't feel it will have stealth or a very modren targeting system.

The Chinese do not have the technology to build the composite frame, engines or the avionics. They can build one that looks like it but you can get a fiberglass kit to make a Volkswagen Beetle look like a Ferrari. The Japanese may just buy the F-22.
