Fastest is NOT ALWAYS the healthiest way.

My husband has lost 36 pounds in 4 months of use and continues to lose - - slowly, steadily and in a healthy way.
No diet programs, pills, shakes or pre-packaged meals. I did not lose much weight BUT I lost several dress sizes. Enough to make it seem like I lost 18 pounds.
I like that I'm 5'4" weighing 145 pounds but fitting in a size 7-8 clothings. I have gained muscle mass which weighs more than fat. Don't focus so much on the scale - - it's the dress size and your health we need to re-focus on.

All you have to do is start having a diet... Cut off the junk food and try eating healthy snacks... Eat lots of vegetables and less on meat... But don't over-do it... If you wanna skip a meal, it is not good to skip breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day... You can skip lunch or dinner but make sure you have snacks in between... Healthy ones though. Hope it works... Oh yeah... do exercises too

Everything you eat (you must eat to stay alive) is either
stored as fat or burned off as energy.
If you maintain the balance of food taken in with food burned off through exercise you will neither gain nor lose weight.
If you burn off more food than you take in, you will lose weight.
If you store more food than you burn off, you will gain weight.
It is as simple as that.
So to lose weight fast, reduce the amount of food taken in
and increase the amount of food you burn off through exercise.
