few months ago i felt pain when i presses around my hip area ... but i apply ice on it, then recently?

it reduces... but i started to feel abit discomfort around my hip but no pain ... and numb in my leg nad weaker leg most likely from knee downwards ..

is that sciatica or nerves cases ..??
