for example, most people love and think its cute that their dogs sleep on their bed yet i do not allow it.... what are your pet peeves??

I think its cute when my dog runs around with my belongings in his mouth for example an unused pad or my underwear its funny how they have no clue what they are chewing on. However I don't allow this behavior.

Beg for food.
Sleep in bed with us--he is allowed on the bed during the day, but at night the door is shut and he stays in the living room.
He is small--only 20 pounds, but I don't dress him up or put little booties on him etc.
He is a dog, and likes to be a dog. There is a difference between loving your dog and taking the best care of it possible, and then when you treat your dog like a little human baby.

I hate when people let their dogs off lead in public, but then don't teach them recall! It's so embarasing seeing an owner shouting pointlessly when their pooch is worlds away.
When people don't correct their agressive dogs on the lead. If that peice of leather snapped, my dog would be at the vets and the stupid owners in court.
Worst of all, when people allow a small dog to be possessive or ignorant because they think it's cute. I'm sick to death of telling people to ignore my puppy when she jumps up on the sofa next to them only to have them say "OH I DON'T MIND!"... well I do!

Actually I am bad but I let my dog just about anything. He is allowed on the bed but NO other furniture and he knows the difference. He is not allowed on other beds just mine and he is not allowed on the coach. Other than that he has does just about everything, I also do not allow him to beg from people.

Overly licking! I dont a mind a short lick but I hate an over licking dog. I dont allow my dogs to go nuts with this . Also they are not allowed to take treats from anyone but me or my family members. The vet the other day tried to give on of my dogs a treat and he refused it! She then gave it to me so I could give it to him. He loved it but not from a stranger!

I let my dogs sleep in bed UNDER the covers with me...doesn't bug me. But what I hate is when my brother or a friend come over and my dog barks every time they get up to do something. It drives me NUTS!! They could be there for two days and every time they get up, he feels the need to bark at them. And I hate it when he eats cat poop, and comes to kiss me in my mouth. EWWW

begging, getting on the bed....stealing food from the little kids..
begging, well family of kids, and our dog saw another do this, so now we have to re-work with her and stop this behavior..
getting on the bed, she is allowed on the kids beds, i dont mind... but my hubby says dog is never allowed on our bed... so she knows that rule...
and food from kids, again someone elses dog did this and thought it was funny, then my dog did it and i have a toddler and will not allow it....

When he was a tiny puppy a friend of mine used to always encourage him to jump up and to sit in her lap. I never allowed it, but she was at our place frequently when I wasnt home. No matter how many times she was told not to do this and no matter how many times he got in trouble, she always did it anyway.
Now the dog is pushing 100lbs and suddenly she expects him to know its not cute anymore. He doesnt do it to anyone else.

Other one is dog gangs roaming. My neighbors tend to say theyre "just being dogs" and none are aggressive.
They dig through trash, attack cats, etc.

People thinking that it's cute when their small dog growls and lunges at people when they walk by on the sidewalk. Oh he's just protecting his yard etc, but if one of my three large dogs did that, animal control would be pounding my door down.

My dog steals from the neighbors. They think it funny, but we don't! She's a big dog and we live in the country. All the dogs on the road run around playing together. I hate to fence her in our yard, but I think we have to.
