Did your fiance put in his vacation for the wedding early enough?
Is it during a time where they block out all vacations like some employers do due to the workload at that time?
WHY is the boss refusing to have him go on vacation? Does his boss know that it is for a wedding?
There are a few options:
1. He doesn't go, and you reschedule your wedding date to one where his boss will approve it.
2. He says 'ok', then takes off anyway to have the wedding, possibly losing his job in the process.
3. He talks with the supervisor to see if there is any way he could have off at the requested time. If he feels his supervisor is judging him poorly (i.e. stupid reasons for refusing him vacation time) then fiance can go to HR or someone higher than his boss.

Why didn't you plan the wedding around when he could get off work, rather than the other way around? It sounds like your options are to try to convince the boss (but he really has no obligation to let your fiance off), have your fiance quit the job before the wedding and find another after, or change the wedding date to when he can get off work. You really can't blame other people for your planning oversights. When you pick a wedding date, you do it making sure that all the important people can be there, especially the bride and groom.

I think you have to get a few facts first before any answer to your question can make sense:
1. How's the date fixed?
2. Is the vacation earned?
3. Does his boss know it's his wedding?
4. Sorry for this but does he really want to get married?
5. Can you plan your marriage to coincide with his vacation?
6. Is he in a job where there is no annual vacation? What about public holidays and week-ends?

Well, lets look at this.... If it is HIS wedding then I would certainly think he would be there or what would the point be.... If his boss is that ridiculous then he needs to rethink his job. Keep in mind the boss may not be the issue here on this one. Good luck

Ofcourse he will make it. If you have to get married, he has to make it else how will u get married? so wenever he will make it, u will get married. Congrats
Ask that stupid Boss how he got married without going for his own wedding.
if he is not married, invite him as well n then give loads of work like serve people, get the dulha ready n alll
