The devil is in all of us. It's the spirit of destruction. If we look at whats happening in the world, wars, global warming, that's the deconstruction of life. What is good was is bad? Creation is good, people that help other people that is constructive, that is the spirit of God (or the energy that made everything be). The devil, red and horned is only a symbol and gives us humans a way of blaming someone else for own actions instead of blaming ourselves.

For a good description of Satan; read Ezekiel Ch.28 from about verse 13. Some people make jokes about his existence however, he is certainly smarter than them as those who don't believe in him are more easily manipulated by him. We read in the Scriptures that during the great 7 year tribulation he will rise to full power and as a pact will be made with the anti-christ and the false prophet. he will give power to a statue and cause it to speak and the people will hail him as God and worship the beast.
Make no mistake, he is a powerful force and has many names such as liar, murderer, deceiver etc.,

The Devil is real. It comes in many forms and name, like Lucifer, Tee, Shannon and many more. However He prefer people to call Him Father. When I call Him/Her, I usually address Him/Her as Lord Tee.

According to God he created Evil (Isaiah) there is no other. Satan worked with god they even made bets on the outcome when dealing with man.

If god is omniscient, why would he make a being that he knew would become his own adversary? It makes no sense.
