They are bruises so you can't get rid of them. Cover them up or wait for them to go.

Love bites are bruises caused by the capilliaries under your skin breaking because of the stress applied to them (dead romantic, isn't it!).

They will disappear of their own accord in due course. You will need quite a thick concealer to cover them in the meantime, and it could rub off on your clothes - which you will need to be aware of if you're hiding them from someone. Fortunately, the weather's getting colder so covering up won't look silly. Buy some high necked tops or wide-band neck jewellery (or both) if this is going to be a regular occurrence. There are some "ah-souls" out there who will make comments they've no business making when they see you've got a love bite.

You can not get rid of 'love bites', they will naturally disappear over time.

I would suggest you think seriously about having more - it can be lethal, 'love bites' are formed from blood sucked to the skin through broken capillaries. These then form clots which can break away and travel through your body, like any other blood clot, and it can be fatal.

Buy some Witch Hazel at the general store. Saturate a cotton ball with the Witch Hazel and apply to needed area (use a bandage to keep it in place). leave it there over night. It won't be completely gone but the severity of the bruising will be diminished.
