every day after homework i try playing with them but then they will just lay down and watch me.ive tried EVerything to get them run around

They're growing up. :) Cats are kind of nocturnal anyway. Mine sleep around 4-6 in the afternoon, then they get up and play for a while between 6-8, then sleep again for a few hours, then get up in the middle of the night and play for a while. They also play around 6 in the morning.
Try playing with your kittens after dinner. Also, if they are over 12 weeks old, consider introducing them to catnip. :)

They are getting older just leave them alone cats are lazy sometimes but they will play when they want to. It's hard to make a cat do something that they don't want to do.

While you are school, they are going Warp 5. When you get home, they crash and watch you. As long as they are eating and healthy, don't sweat it.
