how should i cook a tournedos of beef?

i have bought one today and dont know how to cook it. Also what should i put with it? All suggestions greatly appreciated.

cook it the same way as a fillet. I like to serve it with a peppercorn sauce.

The same as fillet steak, a tournedos is a half fillet.
Tournedos Rossini is a famous dish but not practical to do at home as I know no-one who keeps foie gras and truffles in the fridge.
