So I was up for a full 24 hours yesterday. I woke up at 12am and went to bed at around 12am last night. So would I be fine after 24 hours of no sleep if I only got 7 to 8 hours of sleep after that?

no.. will will be fine once you wake up, but you will soon get tired again.. your body has to have the SAME amount of sleep... any more or any less may make you feel tired/grogy... this habit will soon catch up with you by the weekend.. and it's TRULY not healthy for your body..

Effects may be seen in your lossing/gaining weight... bags under your eyes... and of course you will age faster

You would be putting stress on your body

Hope this helps, love <3

Your question is hard to answer because:
1. Sleep requirement varies from persons to persons.
2. You cannot measure your sleep fulfillment by counting your sleeping hours, but you must also take the quality of your sleep into account.

You'd be alive and well, but dreadfully tired. Try to get at least 10-12 hours of sleep after that long spent awake.
You might get a bad headache, and of course your eyes will hurt.

Good luck!

You will be ok but you need to get into a better sleep routine. You'll probably feel s little sluggish for a day or two but you'll be fine.
