Yes, they appear to be delusional about science and what facts are. To be fair, delusional is the wrong word, uninformed and unthinking may be better terms. Potentially deceived is an even better word as they often accept blatantly wrong statements as truth and habitually misquote scientists.

No more than someone who doesn't have an answer for how can a story be false and made up and remain intact for over 2,000 years.! The logic of humans doesn't work in that direction. It's like gossip! Tell the story and it is passed to 10 people and it changes.
Believing in God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit and reading the bible, does NOT make a person delusional.
Delusional people could not have kept the story going that long.
Christians ALWAYS spell God with a capital G! So that tells me something about your question and you.!

No, people who believe in God are not the ones that are delusional. The ones that are delusional are a very small percentage of the population that call their selves atheists, you should hear some of the crap they come up with.

People who believe in God have faith in Him. This faith allows them to depend on Him and to hold on to what they believe. I honestly do not agree that they have a tendency to be delusional primarily because they are aware of what is true and what is not. We may not always understand God's mysterious ways but it is because of faith that we do not question God. Rather we accept the fact that there's a reason for everything to happen.
