You could always go to St. Thomas, St. John or St. Croix, coming from the mainland USA require only government issued picture identification to gain entry.

Not sure about cheap... but there are some in Florida. Just do a google search, some are resorts, and some are hotels that have packages.
There is also Disney...Disney??..Disney!
They have a wide-range of very nice hotels, adult "activities" (clubs, etc.) and they have a dining package that makes it virtually all inclusive - except for alcohol.
But you are going to pay for alcohol one way or another, either up front in the price, or drink-by-drink.
There are several in the Poconos as well.
Also - you may check - I'm not sure if new passport laws apply to travel to US Virgin Islands since it is an American territory.
I would strongly recommend AAA Travel. You have to pay to join, but they are extremly helpful and will offer perks that you can't get otherwise. They can best guide you. And you get the free towing!

Some gorgeous resorts, everywhere around the world, everything included! Includes all drinks, meals, ativities. Nice place to go for honeymoon.
Can't name any specific ones but best thing is just to jump on the site and have a look. With Club Med, you really can't go wrong, these places are worth going to!

This isn't cheap, but it is well worth it.

Sometimes cruise ships do "no-destination" cruises where you just enjoy yourself while out on the water with food is included. One thing to remember drinks are NEVER included esp. if we are referring to alcohol.
These cruise lines go to Alaska?

well, for one, you don't need a passport if you are traveling in the U.S. and you are from the U.S... I don't know if you are from the U.S., but if you are Hawaii is beautiful... if you are not, I think a passport is required if you are traveling anywhere in the U.S....
