If you don't believe in ghosts, witches, fairies, aliens etc, why do you believe in God? He is afterall invisible as the rest of them. Is God something humanbeings have created to hold as an anchor to in times of trouble or to justify something you have done wrong or right? What is your opinion on it?

God exists. He is NOT a superstition, a myth, nor is He a mere story.
I do not go on opinion. I search for the truth. The Bible contains eyewitness accounts of Him and His works.

Just the fact that God cannot be seen with these eyes does not mean that He does not exist. There are many things which are not vizivle to a certain way of seeing, but still they exist just like some things may be invizible because they don't actually exist.

To believe in God is a different matter - each one will believe according to his or her experience. If one has not yet experienced God that one cannot believe - and it would actually be pretty silly to believe in this way, but maybe not that much silly to hope He exists. Those who believe God exist must have had some experience recorded in the soul. So from this point of view it looks like both type are right and it seems ok for some to know that God exist and some not to know yet. Everyone has their own unique experiences and it is fine. But i admire those who know why they believe what they believe or disbelieve what they disbelieve. Logics is always good in my oppinion.

For me personally not only God exsist, but He is the most beautyful soul I could ever come to know....
Others will not be able to say the same thing at least for the time being - and that is just ok.

Why Believe in God ?

Well....Considering the complexities in the Universe, it's balances of this against that, matter, energy, gravitation, The Earths orbit about the Sun, the perfect balance of 4 seasons, animals, plants ect. all in a perfect balance, to say that this all occurs naturally ? by chance ? is ludicrous.

Dr. James Coppedge, director of the Center for Probability Research in Biology in California said this about Evolution

- "applied laws of probability of a single cell, protein, and gene coming into existence by chance

- computed a world including the earth’s crust and entire array of elements were available. He then had all the amino acids combine at 1.5 trillion times faster than they do in nature. In computing the probabilities, he found that a cell would take 10,119,841 years, a single protein molecule 10,262 years."

An In addition to this, I ask,
If God does not exist, then what is right and what is wrong ?
If it is a matter of opinion, who's ?
If it is decided by society, How?
Take both questions all the way back to the beginning of recorded human history and answer.

If you say that you cannot legislate morality, then I would ask you " is murder against the law "? you will of course say yes, (unless you are an Anarchist)
Well then I would say that you just legislated morality, the only difference is, who's morality will you legislate.

As for who or what is God, well...I can give my opinion on this, but it would take a while as I don't type very well, I hunt-n-peck, though a little fast, but still slow, so let me just send you to a link that I have read and sgreed with to answer that .

no
not at all
ok we have not ever seen any god but this does not mean that there is no god but there is some supernatural power which we named as god.
we know that earth revolves around the sun why it not diverts its path from axis of 365 days because there is some supernatural power keep binding it.
we can take an example of ourselves we are breathing, this is a chemical reaction but where this breath come from, why the oxygen is there, just only because of some super natural power , that is GOD which/who have made that oxygen for us.
who have selected food for us. that's why we live on wheat and rice not on metals like ore and coal. we can also call it nature
and if you are asking about the religious GODS
I just want to say that they are the basis for doing good deeds
People says that I am doing good deeds in the name of GOD.
or we can say that They were the persons, in the past, who have done only good deeds in there life and never have done any sin in their life that's why we worship them.
and it is truly said that these sort of persons can do the miracles.

Of course God exists. But the question is what is God...have u seen it...and of course you have..we all have. God is one universal entity,...an invisible power(not a physical being). And what is this power...nature, it's clockwork, it's balance, it's capacity to evolve, nourish, rejuvenate. By nature I don't solely refer to the ecosystem on earth...but the planets, nebulae...the concept of "brahmand" or universe. There is an invisible force guiding each and every thing...the laws of nature...laws of physics...laws of chemistry.
I am not sure if I am able to explain myself correctly, but in a nutshell, this invisible force is what has been referred to as God. If you have felt air on your skin, water on your face, if you have heard the birds, if you have ever felt fire heating up your skin, if you have felt hungry, of full after your meals, if you have experienced your body responding to your sexuality...and so much more...you have sensed the power of nature....you have felt GOD!

you have an answer in yur birth i9tself .I woud ask those who talk very tall about superdtition whertehr they wer born of thier own accord and whetehr they chose thier parents and whether they chose the date and time of of their birth. at yur birth itself yu were told in a telling manner that yur life itseld is not decided by you and hat in life yu have no option really. This is wht yu experience in your every day life .You commence yur journy towards your gravge from day one of yur birth which you clebrate idiotically tillyou come close to thefiis post and cry. Your name , yur paretns ,yur sibilings ,yur friends properties stc - none of them are yours any more and you go whre yu do not know .You had no choice at birth and yu have no choice at death. You do no know whre you came fromand similarly you do not know ehre you go.then why all his fuss during the jopurney towrds the grave ?.The body you grew with the elements of the earth is reutened to earth buy burial or cremation,.But the soulthatleft is gone where no one knows ! It is gone to where it came from- without telling any one the address.!
What is fact and what is superstition here ?
you cannot say that things yu do nt see do not exist if yu hae some evidence of their presence .You do noe see ai and you know air exiss becase when yu beath you see and feel something flowing in and ot your nose .You feel teh breeze ansd wind .You see the sky looking like a blue vault which Moses hmself houfght that her ewas a vault .so he evh ascribed his =misaken knowledge togod sayg tha tgod ais hat let there b a vail and a vault appeard .Thr es absolutely no vaul of any kind above us .so god himself has been protrayed as a fool hre .But how is that one beilieves in god .It depends onm whnat y you think god id .,If yu thnkit is manand excluisve man living somewhere known as Heaven, i shoud b wrong .the mistke is revealsed inMoses's genesis as he had said that god made man after his image .so for moisses God is ion the formof aman.but Hidus do n thnklike that .God for them is one sakthi (power) that exists as nothing t and a thing ( both animae and inanimate am I-lord krishna) that can be seenas all the cosmos and all that is in it .this cosmos can never be seen by anybody whateveer be the levelof thier research and capacity. It is boundless space tjhat pervades wht who;le unverse and shows itsel;f as the ciosmsoshat inclued s all the beings snd nnbeings int as its body parts .Sothe whole cosmos is God and eerything you see int is part ofg his body. This cosmos creates sustins and annihial;tes evyhing just like the body skin cells die and renew themselves ,all the body parts o 'gods that is natuer is also continouosly changing. Our birth , our lif and its span and its death are ll not inopur hands andi=under our choice ,this oine aspect ids sifficinet to preove that the are all regualted bysome force that yu woul dnver see as we ar eourselves part of it .the eys that see eveeryghing are not able tosee themselves .Th epeson who sees all tings is unabe to see himself infull.Whyhshouldwe arrogate to oursel-ves all kowledge about god ?

god is not superstion but a belief and hence every one has a god for their religion.just tell me one who dont have the god for their religion or a holy book for them.if god does not exist then why at the time of problems we look at him for our rescue? As it s thousands and thousands of year have passed we dont have any proof for that. Why if ghost is also not there most of hollywood films are made on spritis and ghosts as America is the most developed country as for as science is concerned .All may be there but we can not see as we can not see air and fragrance but we feel them.
