I don't think you can find a bigger suck up than Jack B.

Well I guess one could label me as such. I've been labeled as such all my life just because I look for the good in everyone and tell them about it, so it's not just about certain people... it sounds sycophantic, when actually the intent is to cheer them and let them know how much they're valued in the world.

I stick to friends I know, though, because I know they don't view it like I'm trying to be a "suck up", nor am I stalking them. To do otherwise would be to put myself up for running into people who don't have any boundaries in life and could become a problem. Had that once in my life with an ex and I had to threaten her w/ legal pressure to shut her out, i.e. I'm more careful who I respond to like this, so I might seem like I'm sycophantic.

*bites tongue*

Oh I think you and I both know the answer to that. There's actually quite a few of them. Can't say lest I be reported. *grins*

For those who don't understand what the word means: A sycophant is "A servile self-seeker who attempts to win favor by flattering influential people." So I would hazard the guess that the *most sycophantic* R&S user would not be someone who is extremely popular on here, but someone who wants to be, so they try kissing butt.

I've always detested sycophants, excessive flattery is repulsive even if the person is attempting to flatter me. Its a real turn off as it makes the person's cringe factor shoot threw the roof.

I don't know everybody well enough to single out the biggest "kiss up," but I'll be more observing in the future.

Are you trying to bait me? I know several kissasses, but I won't name any names. Just rest assured I'm not one of them.

Even though I don't understand it, I think it's a great question, really one of the greatest questions. I think your avatar is just the cutest EVER EVER EVER. But, what what does "R&S" mean? And even if those mean people gave us thumbs down, WE still have EACH OTHER, right???
