How do you do that? I have been trying to stretch and get flexible but no luck. Any tips from you limber people?

Yes. Partially it's genetics- some people are just more flexible (I am double jointed and very very flexible) and partially it is stretching. Try this: sit on the floor and spread your legs as far as they can go. Then lean over and try to touch your forehead to the floor and keep it there. Do this often (but don't push yourself to the point where you are feeling burning pain- you don't want to tear something) and you might become more limber.

I had a friend who could walk around on his hands with them behind his head...not a strong guy, just limber, its something that needs to be practiced at youth, you can only reach the lower yoga position levels, if you start as an adult.....and this is a good thing, otherwise alot of people would never leave their bedrooms....heh
