I'd obviously replace the "NAME" part with someones name lol, oh... it's for an email btw.... incase you are wondering why I would need to type it down instead of just hugging the person lol, and if you have any other cute things to say in Italian, please feel free to share =]

Yup, just as that one said (he always answers before me, there's a lot of competition goin on! ihih lol).
The loads of ggg's and sss's you put in the "hugs" are as many as the "tanti" you want to put in "tanti abbracci". So to say "many many many many hugs X" you'd say "tanti tanti tanti tanti abbracci". You could even use the superlative form for that adjective: "tantissimi abbracci" is "many many hugs" so you could say "tantissimissimi abbracci" and add as many issimi you want (obviously you shouldn't exaggerate , if not the receiver might think maybe you freaked out writin the message!). "Molti abbracci" is alright, but is more formal (just like "tanti abbracci"). However the "issimi" form I described just before is more informal, like between friends.
