Do not let him keep thinking that you love him as much as he thinks. Tell him the truth. He could love you even though you have not known him very long. People are different, and some can fall completely in love with their partner withing a few days. Others can take years before they fall completely in love. It all depends on the person. Also, he could truely believe that he is completely in love with you, but he isnt. It is hard to tell, but you will find out soon enough. Just do not lead him on and then end up breaking his heart. He deserves to know the truth, and it is your responsibility to let him know honestly how you feel. This could also make him reevaluate his feelings, and if he does not love you as much as he thiinks, then he will know then.

Tough question. My boyfriend also said he loved me a lot before our relationship even lasted for a month. He gets hurt whenever i tell him that it is still very early to have 100% trust in him. During that time, i was always stuck in a dilemma of whether is he the one for me or is it too early for me to get serious with him. And now we have been together for 4 years and getting engaged in Dec.

Once you love him the much he loves you, if true, then you can tell yourself if it's long enough or short to quit.
I want you to work on" if true", it is the key to your decisive action.

It is not love, just infatuation. You can prove love by breaking wind in front of him. If he stays and smells it - he is truly in love with you! If he leaves, he was never yours to begin with.
