Find something that needs to be done around you house, that is productive, that project that you have been putting off, or do something to help someone else,..an idle mind is the devil's workshop

Hi there !
"Time management" is an art by itself...
Have a "clearcut time table" for all the actions of the day and put it up on the previous day itself...mentally be prepared !
it should be something like :
"planning ....co-ordination ..action ...and then implementation...." !

this concept has become very very important in almost all industries for the success ...

spare time? do your hobby. do what you think you WANT to do. even sleeping is ok (i slept 13 hours today).

not spare time? do what you think you NEED to do. if not, that could brag you the whole day (i tried to escape my work and go watch movies, but ended up thinking about the job the whole time)

really doesn't know what to do?
write list of things that you need to do before you get old
(hehe =))
or help people in need (makes you feel good)
or pray to God (ask Him what you should do)

exercise - You help yourself keep fit
bathe- you keep yorself clean(hahaha)
work- you keep your mind occupied
play- u rejuvinate yourself
Eat- healthy food (you can let the body survive for along time.)
music- is definately music to ears
paint - discover your creativity
cook- lets you discover what kind of taste do people like
read- you 'll probably start observing more
talk- you will start listening more
teach - you wil start learning more
