I think my arms are too short or my legs are too long as I can't step back or step forward properly in the poses. There's no room to move my legs forward or back and I have to kneel back between postures which stops the flow.Has anyone else had similar trouble and managed to solve it?

Try moving the leg in a sideways arc. Not as pretty, but it can give you that little bit extra that you need. Also when stepping forward or stepping back, come high upon the hands and keep lifting the body to create space under it.

Yes, it is too hot for me, too, and it bloats my guts and I pass terrible winds...
