this morning i had a peanut butter sandwich [2 peices of whole grain bread & natural peanut butter], an apple, a non fat yogurt, and a small peice of pumpkin raisin bread.

is this really unhealthy? i also won't be eating for another 8 hours.

It all depends on how big the apple is. Make sure it's smaller than a billard ball or it'll be stretch pants for you. ^_^

Sounds perfectly healthy to me. And what the hell is up with the apple being too big to stretch pants? Thats a laugh. the bigger the better, more fiber.
And they say breakfast is the biggest meal? Not to me, I don't eat breakfast ever. Never hungry for it.

It sounds great but a bit of a chubby breakfast to most peoples standards. Too much bread. It's fine if you are a very active person and exercise a lot.

It's pretty healthy! Breakfast is supposed to be your biggest meal. You really need to eat during the day though.
