Greetings,
A true christian will never be a person like that.He will pray to God,to take away bondage of sin.God does not like those People who are willing for that sort of intention,For God knows what is going in our hearts and mind.there is nothing hidden from God.God knows things that you do not know about you. So Pray and believe in Jesus. read the Bible everday and Believe that Jesus is Our Lord.Whatever comes in one`s life, whether good or bad.Thank God for it and ask him the strength to endure the suffering .
Peace Be With you.

I'd think someone who had had a "born again" moment and considered themselves saved no matter what would have even more incentive to do so ... seeing that their ticket to heaven is already punched, and they believe nothing they can do will revoke it. At that, any "confession" of sins would be much easier for them, too. There's nothing quite so humbling as speaking your sins aloud to another. Personally, I avoid doing "bad stuff" as much as possible, because though I can repent and be forgiven I'd much rather not need to repent in the first place.

That would not be a very smart thing to do because later may never come ,then it might be too late to do anything about it.
Where do you come up with these idiotic questions about Catholics. You know you should not make fun of other peoples religion. You cannot truly believe ,be a Christian,if you don't respect other religions as well. You do not really believe in God if you make fun of other religions. You are offending God instead of praying for the conversion of sinners.
EDIT...A Priest does not forgive you your sins.

This is a tricky one. One knows that one can always get forgiveness, but God grants this to those who approach Him with a truly repentant heart. So you still have to be truly sorry for your sins to get them forgiven. If you deliberately committed sin with the intention of getting them "forgiven" later, isn't that in itself another sin? It compounds the sin and needs to be confessed too, or you're not fully forgiven for all your sins. The priest will take this into account when deciding to grant absolution or not. Don't forget the priest can with hold absolution if he thinks you're not genuine.
Edit: wouldn't it sort of like drinking alcohol just so you'd have an excuse to go to an AA meeting?

We sure dont believe this.
Martin Luther Father of the Protestants
Quotes
What we do and how we act does not matter in the least. All that matters is our belief.
It does not matter what people do; it only matters what they believe.” “God does not need our actions. All He wants is that we pray to Him and thank Him. “It does not matter how Christ behaved—what He taught is all that matters”
“What does it matter whether we commit a fresh sin?” “Faith cancels all sin” . “No other sin exists in the world save unbelief,” “Sometimes it is necessary to commit some sin out of hatred and contempt for the Devil.” “What matters if we commit a sin?”
“You must say my sins are not mine; they are not in me at all; they are the sins of another' they are Christ's and are none of my business” . “Christianity is nothing but a continual exercise in feeling that you have no sin although you sin, but that your sins are thrown on Christ.” “From the moment when you acknowledge that Christ bears your sins, He becomes the sinner in your stead
“Be a sinner, and sin boldly, but believe more boldly still.” Not only men, but the Saints and Apostles must be sinners. “The Saints must be good, downright sinners.

This question should also be asked of non-Catholic Christians. You do not even need to go to a priest to ask for forgiveness.
Non-Catholics Christians only have to say "Sorry, God, my bad" and then they go on their way.

i believe that's protestant.
protestant believe that as long as they repent to Jesus and have faith in him , they S U R E L Y go heaven because Jesus will surely forgive them , infact to what it appears to me , if they repent , Jesus MUST forgive them.
catholic , if i remember correctly , believe in purgartory , so even if they are forgiven , they would also have to go to purgatory for some period of time depending on the number of sins they have done.
i could remember it wrongly

Do you do bad stuff knowing Jesus Christ died for you and His blood will cover up your sins when you stand before God?
Seriously- NO. And any Catholic who does is guilty of an additional sin- PRESUMPTION- and it's a biggie.

No, I don't think thats is how it works. You are forgiven if you are truly sorry for what you did so you don't do it again. It isn't like, oh, I'll be forgiven so I can do whatever I want.
