Be afraid ACLU. Be very afraid. Morris packs The Christian Life and Character with page after page of original source material making the case that America was founded as a Christian nation. The evidence is unanswerable and irrefutable. This 1000-page book will astound you and send enemies of Christianity into shock. Keep in mind that it was published in 1864 and has been out of print for more than a century. It has been newly typeset using a very readable font and added subheads. A new Foreword written by my long-time friend Dr. Archie Jones describes the background of the book and provides a brief biography of the author."-Gary DeMar

I have been fairly active in fighting this falsehood in the political arena and was wondering if anyone had seen this one yet. I hate to spend my money to fuel the war against us.

E-mail me if you know where to get it in PDF.

America was not founded as a christian nation. The first amendment and article 6 of the constitution make that pretty clear, and for further reference, so does a reading of the federalist papers. I don't care what twaddle gets printed by some neocon trying to make a buck by republishing a public domain book that nobody's read for 140 years.

Is this from the same Morris family that contains the "Flood Creation Geologists" John and Henry Morris?

They're nutters.
