This face scrub can easily be made from items readily avaliable at home! It can thoroughly clean all dead skin and dirt from your pores!

Ingredients

1 Egg White

1 Tablespoon of salt

Method
Beat the egg white until it is frothy. Add in the salt and mix well. Use your fingertips to dab into the mixture and apply evenly to skin in a circulating motion. Wait for it to dry and rinse with warm water afterwards

Mix finely chopped bits of orange and lemon peel with some of the sugar and salt and use it as a scrub, rinse it well.

The bananas, cucumber, flesh of the orange, and strawberry yoghurt you should eat, they are good for you. Eating food like this and drinking 8 glasses a day of water will help your skin clear up.

Go easy on the chocolate mousse though.

A skin specialist told me about this years ago. I've done it ever since 3 times a week. Lather with a good face soap, such as Neutrogena, dip your fingers in a plate of sugar and massage gently into skin. It leaves your skin with such a pretty glow and very soft. Great on hands and the rest of your body, too.

Orange face scrub:

Ingredients:

Take two tablespoon of dried orange peel.

Take two teaspoon of sugar.

Two tablespoon of cold water.

Mix all the ingredients to get a paste and apply on the face.

When it dries up slightly remove it by scrubbing.

Finally wash off with lukewarm water. Rinse your face with cold water in the end .
