You both need to be evaluated- your sperm could be of low quality (low motility, low #s), she could have blocked fallopian tubes or an abnormal uterus. Or, if you've been trying for less than a year, you may simply need to give it more time- most people don't get pregnant first try. Many troubles that prevent pregnancy can be fixed with medical intervention- there' s plenty of hope even if something is 'wrong'.

have yo both tried a doctor to see if you or her have a medical issue? I had to have Surgery to get pregnant, I have Endometriosis, I had major symptoms since I was young and some women have it and they don't have any symptoms at all. Some symptoms would include heavy monthly bleeding, horrible cramps and irregular periods. She might not have this problem but its always possible, I know it was my reason I couldn't get pregnant, But it could be many reasons or try a different position.

try seeing a gyno, I to have the same problem with me and my hubby after ttc for 4 years I have just found out that I have pcos and because of that I am not ovulating
