connect vnc through internet?

i have 2 computer in my home. I have trying to run this 2 computer, it works well. But the problem is how to connect through internet, I know my LAN & WAN IP. but how to type them in order to access successfully.

You have to have the VNC server software on one computer and the client software on another. COnnect to the server from the client.

Your server computer also has to be accesable from the internet.
