Do you know the definition of the word MORAL? Probably not, because if you did you would already know the difference. BUT... Moral or morality is a set of subjective values adopted by cultures. They are essentially things that are accepted as good and wholesome in any given society. Incest is considered immoral (not moral) while going to church and staying faithful to your wife are considered moral. Moral values however, are not laws. You can't, in most instances, be legally punished for being immoral. Legal wrong is just that an act that violates a formal, codified LAW! Robbing a bank is an example of a legal wrong. You won't go to jail for cheating on your wife, but you will for robbing a bank.

It is totally Individual Prospective. Because It depends upon our realization. Just ask Wether getting smell is right or wrong. Certainly we say it is right. because we found no harm in smelling the flower.
If we realize that someting is wrong, certainly we try to rectify that or we may feel sorry. If this feeling is not in our's we are not considered as human beings, even animals have the courtesy to show sympathy on other.
So right or wrong depends up on our own judgment.
If we feel it is right we can proceed confidentially.
If it is wrong better to drop. Because it is a behavior of good man(responsible man).
God created everything around us. We are supposed to enjoy all these. Including good as well as bad. a coin has heads and tails. If head is right ultimately tail is wrong vise-a verse. So, doing a work contains both effects. The effect is depends upon our understanding. Something consider to me is right, the same maybe wrong in our open ion.
so the conclusion is "It depends upon our way of thinking".
For Example, SEX is considered somepeople wrong, even they don't discuss about this. If it is really wrong. There is no creation. No birth No death. The universe will stops. So as per my openion it is not wrong. But abusing this act is certainly wrong. So my advise in this case is practice with one only. Because it is safe. Everything overlimit is harmful. Whatever is harmful that one is wrong.

I think it's a combination of all three. Sometimes it's a matter of opinion based on your own prospective, your own experiences and your own values. This is of course, if you are in the position to decide what's right and what's wrong.

I think it's prospective and experience because you feel it inside of you. For instance when your feeling like you did the right think or when you feel guilty.

It is individual perception according to education, morality, legality, tradition and principle. My father shared Henry David Thoreau's CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE with me when I was a young mother but it took me many years after he passed before I grasped his intention when doing so. Simplified, my father was suggesting that if a law was wrong in my opinion then I had a moral obligation to myself to disobey it. I agree.
