I just make a weak gravy out of the juices of the steak, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes.
My stepdaughter likes peppar sauce...

You must come to France and try a pave au Roquefort, this is how we make the sauce,mash 75g Roquefort with a fork,blend in 6 petit Suisses or 75g creme cheese and mix. Add 3 tablespoons of creme fraiche and 1 tablespoon of Cognac and a little black pepper. You can mix all this in the skillet whilst your steaks rest a little in the oven

creamy pepper sauce, you can a packet form and do in microwave its called schwartz creamy pepper sauce just add milk, tip cook some mushrooms and fry an onion pour sauce over the mushrooms and onion put on top of steak top with fryed egg nice yummmmmmmmmmm
