Im thinking of getting a boob job from either Transform (as they pay for transport to the destination) or Mya (as the girl of shipwrecked got hers done there and they seem good), but I was wondering how can I get them so they feel natrual like they are now and I only want to go up a few size so they still look natrual and in ratio (what size would you reccomend?) and have my nipples re shaped ... I estimated this would cost 4k but whats your opinion, also what is the risk of scarring and who would you reccomend to go to (Im on the UK).... and lastly should I get out a loan to get them done or can you get them done on the NHS?

If you want to then go for it - however, with transform you get a free consultation with a surgeoun who can answer some of your queries and i think they would be the best people to give you the right answers - also, anyone who has had a boob job would probably be able to give you some good info...
I think if you go for something like jordans - it's terrible
What about Daniel from big brother(teddy sherringhams ex) - hers looked natural....i think anyway...
NHS - I don't know if they'd do it unless u have a medical reason.
Transform are pretty good to go to, as well as harley street clinics - as long as you don't go to a backstreet medical centre that's never been heard of you'll b ok. But i do think Transform and harley street would be the best.

Hello there, this is the same answer I gave another thread so I hope it helps. You can have it done on the NHS but believe me, you have to be the right candidate for it, and go through counselling and it is a very long waiting list. I had a completely flat chest before mine and this affected me in a very bad way, I had counselling and was put on the NHS list but decided to go private.
I had the surgery done about 10 years ago, I though long and hard about, read article's and medical books, and visited many consultants first.
Although I am very happy with my surgery, it can come with risks!!! I was lucky and mine look very natural, I do look after them though, you are advised to massage them after you have them done and I am still doing this ten years later....always wear a supported bra when doing ANY kind of exercise. If you want them to look natural don't go for a size that is to big, if you have a small body frame bear that in mind, the larger they are the faker they look!!! Really think hard about this decision, because as I mentioned before risks are attached.
I had mine done at Transform Cosmetic Surgery Group.
I hope this helps Good Luck with your decision...
Oh, and I would like to add THEY DO NOT burst when scuba diving, I have been many many times, and believe me men cannot tell the difference IF you go for a more natural size.

Don't do it. It won't make you happy and that 4k could go into something else. A new car perhaps. Get a car job.
