Of course you can fall preggers with cysts, even massive ones. The problem with cysts is that theyre caused by a hormonal imbalance usually associated with PCOS (Poly-cystic ovarian syndrome) and its the most common cause of infertility. It can be treated though with simple medications
What a cyst is.. is an egg that hasn't fully developed and something happens in the ovary to where the egg is not released but instead forms a fluid filled sack either inside or on the outside of the ovary. Sometimes women have pains because of it, but usually they don't.
But every so often it's possible for a woman with cysts to produce a mature egg and get pregnant... its just unlikely. Because if you think about it, NORMAL couples only have a 10-20% chance of concieving a child -- even when the sexual activity is timed just right. Its very hard to "time" the sex just right if the woman has irregular periods or doesn't ovulate on her own. There's no chance of becoming pregnant if the woman isn't ovulating due to cysts. But like I said, its very possible to ovulate with cysts and become pregnant.
Many women have had children before being diagnosed with cystic ovaries, so there is still a chance you may get lucky. But to save yourself a lot of heartache, I suggest going to a doctor or reading up on herbal remedies such as Soy Inflavones, Cinnamon capsules, Vinegar, and things like that.

yes u still can have kids, I have pcos on both of my ovaries and was ttc for 4 years now, I just got dianois with it in April of this year, I did clomid 50mg for 3 cycles and didnt ovulated, did 100mg once and still didn't, my dr wouldnt upper the dose because he thinks I'm to young, so he gave me metformin 500mg to take twice a day to help the clomid. Having cycts on the ovaries doesnt means you can get pregnant, with a little fertility drug it will boost your chances of conceiving.
a cycts is a follicle that doesnt get mature, instead of getting mature it turns into a small peas size cycts thats full with fluid, in order for it to be remove u must go under surgery or it burst on its own, because of these cycts you might not be ovulating and if your not ovulating you may have irreguler periods, having cycts on your ovaries isn't the best thing to live with, but it can be treated.
