Could somebody tell me is this the 2nd sighting of Madeleine or?

is that the photograph from the sighting in July/august when the McCann's went to America instead of going to Morrocco.

I doubt it. I know someone who has a daughter, they have chinese and jamaican mix blood in them, and their daughter came out with blonde hair and blue eyes. His wife is English. Their daughter has fair skin, so this could be one of the ladies daughters baby in the picture. Don't build your hopes up.
