I was browsing you tube and came upon a video titiled: "Very Strange Phenomenon in the Sky." You can view it at "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5VUTNLI4Uo&NR=1". I love weather, especially storms, hurricanes and unusual cloud types. So when I saw this I was stoked. I believe that this type of cloud is a varient of of Lenticular cloud (Altocumulus Lenticularis?). Can you help?

That is indeed a Lenticular cloud, which can be seen before bad weather sets in, it is ususally found on top of a mountain peak.
