They get rings to as they do in Baseball's World Series
The best reference I found was this:
Bowman bows out a legend
The remarkable NHL coaching career of Scotty Bowman has ended with yet another Stanley Cup triumph.
Detroit's 4-1 series win over Carolina capped a tremendous season for the Red Wings and also sealed Bowman's unrivalled status.
His latest close encounter with ice hockey's greatest prize was his ninth as a head coach.
He also won one as a director of player personnel with Pittsburgh, giving him a 10th winner's rings.

You get a ring also for winning the Stanley Cup. Also, each person that gets their name inscribed on the Cup also gets a 12-14" miniature of the Cup with their name, team, and year inscribed on the base.

You get a ring, your name on the Stanley Cup and the champion's share of the playoff bonus pool.
If you're a team executive, you also get your own miniature replica cup. Not sure if players on the winning squad get one.

I honestly have no idea other then the players get a bonus, and what do you want more than to be able to say that you are a Stanley Cup Champion, i think every NHL player would be happy enough just to be able to say that.
