Yo it's me - the article does not say that. The article says that is what Guiliani's campaign says. It says the party host says it wasn't his idea either. Of course whoever it was that came up with a theme this crass is going to be too ashamed to admit it.

The artical says the idea was selected without the campaign's knowledge. So by your logic, Hillary should be held accountable for accepting illegal contributions from several known criminals (she says the illegal contributions were accepted without her campaign's knowledge).
