No, he is not. Vatican, Catholic religion and decisions, that is all. There is no superboss of all government agencies, not yet. Anti -Christ will be for a short time, then all will end.

The idea that the Pope secretly controls the world is an idiotic fantasy, likely derived from the fact that he looks like Emperor Palpatine, which is just as stupid as accusing Ronald Wilson Reagan of being the Anti-Christ because all of his names have six letters.
It's about as retarded as the idea that the 9/11 attacks were perpetrated by our own government (and for those of you retarded enough to think that, http://wtc.nist.gov/pubs/factsheets/faqs_8_2006.htm).
