I am sure that it would be allowed. Books on Black men being on the down low, black men being unworthy, black men, the most unwanted mate are ALL titles that I have seen. So I think a book called the Stupid Black Men would almost be a step up.
I can honestly say that books and authors are usually some of the most controversial out there. Controversy sells books and publishers are about the bottom line.
A huge outcry?? Please! There has been controversial books about black women for years and we have chosen to ignore the stupidity and begin to do the things that we need to do to be successful and strong!

This is such a non-question. Why don't you write a book, of any kind, any try it out?
Probably because you prefer trying to stir up racist reaction here on Y!A.
Moore called his book stupid white men, because the book is ABOUT stupid white men.
At the time I thought it was a little harsh, but now ...

Id say no as the publisher stands to be sued for a variety of things to include racism. I'm not sure what your attempting to get out there but, there are ignorant and, stupid people of all races, creeds and, colors. Perhaps you have had a bad experience and, are angry at the results of the choices you made. Looking in the mirror often times will help.

Of course. Freedom of speech, also means that one can say what they like. Even if it offends. The alternative is loss of freedom. i.e. Iran, Indonesia, China, Islamic countries etc. People should be able to make up their own minds what they want to read. they shouldbe also be able to make their own judgments as adults. God save us from the 'nanny state'.

Both should be allowed, but I doubt either would make a penny.
