Well definitely job satisfaction because you can show it of your talents and your intelligence to all people whose working in your office and show it of your performance and your attitude of your work and being a hardworking and well money probably is an important and I think is the part of our job when we will working and but it's not an important to buying the material things that we will need it and forget it about being lifetime or having to enjoying with our friends for having gimmicks or going out with them and we should to focus it of being a professional life of our jobs and we should to be a contented of our life than we will not to having a job

Job satisfaction is far more important. All the money in the world can't buy peace of mind if you're in a horribly stressful job.

I would rather choose job satisfaction because, when you have money, you can easily use it for everything. But, when you don't have money anymore, where can you get it? You have to be satisfied on the job. When you have a job, you could earn. You know what they say, "Money can't buy you happiness!"

When I worked at a family owned hotel it was job satisfaction. Since it was customer satisfaction that kept me in a job. Or they wouldn't come back.

For me it is all about the money.I would rather be home with my family than at any job so they have to pay for my time.
If I had"free time" I would volunteer to work in an animal shelter or something but since my family still comes first, it is all about the money.
