Because of having go get up super early to drive my husband to work I come home and sleep alot. I start a job on Monday
Because I sleep a lot during the day, I have diffculty sleeping at night and I am wide awake. Now that I will be working what is a good sleep schedule to follow and how can I discipline myself not to sleep so long or take naps during the day so I can comfortably and restfully sleep at night? I am in my late 30s
I have had a lot of worries as well and things are starting to get better.

For the nap thing if you find that you must do that even with trying to go to bed earlier set the alarm to wake yourself up after about 15 minutes, or leave a lamp on. I do this on occasion.

Try to go to bed an hour earlier than you do now, and slowly work back (depending on how much time you have til you start your new job).

When my mom had a job she went to bed at around 11:00 p.m. and then got up at about 6:00 a.m.

I would also recommend talking to your doctor about this because they may have some additional ideas for you and also check to see if some kind of a hormone imbalance could be making it hard to maintain a good schedule.
