..... and how did it happen
For myself it's a fractured skull, eye socket to be precise ... was drunk at a party I was having, slipped getting more booze from the fridge and smacked my head against the work tops.
Didn't know what I had done until 5 days later, when all the fluid that had built up forced the fracture open and I ended up looking like the elephant man with huge bags of fluid under my eye.

Just because this is in P&S doesn't mean stupid answers are expected.
It's posted here because most of the answerers I would hope would answer it are P&S regulars.

When I was getting out of a car, actually shutting the door another car crashed into me pinning me between the two cars, breaking my back, hip, upper thigh bone, and cracking my kneecap.

having my elbow broken in 3 different spots and having to wear a cast for 9 months because the bones kept popping out of place. Some jerk kid pushed me off the monkeys bar and I slammed into a piece of metal and it broke my elbow. And breaking my right foot in 2 different spots tripping on a shoe walking downstairs in my old house. I also was kicked by a horse right under my knee and had to have over 42 stitches to close it up. Now I can't that feel that part of my leg at all but I got a hella cool scar from it!!!!

Lets just say, I fell out of a shopping trolley, and broke a rib. I won't go into details- It was very painful and I'll never do that in the rain next to the road again..

A Mapp gas tank blew up in my kitchen while I was in it. Being burned is the worst pain any one can live through.

fell of a ladder 3 year ago almost broke my spine
but have had no bad effects until recently ,now movement of my limbs are becoming affected
so the badness is still coming

Well, I was raped 2 years ago... I guess that would said injured both physically and emotionally...
