What are the reasons the court would reject a name change for toddlers under the age of 2?

Before I go request a name change I just want to know of any reasons for rejection.

Rejection for a request for change of name could be one if it is to confuse people or there is no valid reason at all.

Name changes are hardly ever rejected. Just use your common sense. The most common reasons for rejection are

1. jokes (I want to name myself Jack ***)

2. identity fraud (to change your name to cover up a criminal past)
