The 22nd amendment states that the President can only serve two terms. Bush could declare martial law or something like that but when he leaves office peacefully he will prove many very paranoid people wrong. They'll probably see it as the greatest thing he ever did.

No, Bush can not run for the U.S. presidency again. Other presidencies, sure, why not?
fei: a president can serve more than eight years now IF he was a vice president and took over office due the then president being removed from office or by other means. Otherwise he's limited to two terms.
