Yes, it is #2: Since wholes include you, you would be thought as part. However, it actually is supposed to be "as part" and not "as a part" because it says "wholes" and not "a whole"

Without regarding meaning for any of/for them, they are all grammatically proper. The norm for grammar is, it is grammatically correct or it is not, there is no measure system the grammar for a word expression, no more and less for grammar values.

4. As I include my self in wholes I am self thought as part.
5. As part of wholes I am in unity with the whole for which I am part. If I am not in unity with a whole, then I am not a part for that whole.
6. I am included in a whole but I am not including my self in that whole, I am for my self not as part for the unity in that whole; The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.

#2 proves to be the best, but change it to "...you would be thought as a part."
