The only compliments I 'like to hear" are those that are sincere.

Women especially like to receive compliments that are sincere and not cribbed from an answer site on the Internet.

What do you like about a particular woman? Tell her that. Take the time to appreciate her and compliments will come to you.

Where this forum might be helpful is in knowing whether a particular compliment might make a woman feel uncomfortable or insulted, but as a place to go for pick-up lines, not so much.

In youth, we want to hear compliments about our appearance. As we age, however, we recognize that the compliments that revolve around who we are as a person, how we treat others and how we act are far more important and nice to hear.

I agree with Kushagra. The unexpected always lasts.

I worked on a political campaign with mixed-party activists so as my job was to find speakers for meetings, I was on the telephone all day. One colleague was a cynical, Rightwing intellectual - a goodworker but he noticed everything and remarked on it. One evening working late, he drawled: "There are goodies and baddies in this world. I suspect you, of being a goodie!". My family thought I was perishing nuisance, so it hit me for six.

All compliments are good compliments, and any compliment is better than no compliments.

They are pretty, they are looking better than ever, you love them, etc. Just make them feel good about themselves. What would you want to hear?
