If you live in a small town close to everything like supermarkets, doctors etc...and have plenty of people you can call in an emergency, say if baby gets sick and you have to take it to the doctor/hospital asap, and you are happy walking and taking public transport, then go for it.
You won't be able to go grocery shopping unless someone else drives you or visit friends or take the baby to the park or playgroup when you feel like it.
If you would like some freedom and the ability to be able to go wherever you want whenever you want and not rely so much on everybody else to take you there then I would concentrate hard, practice heaps and get your license.
Don't forget buses and people don't work around a baby's schedule but you driving means you can go when you are able.
I couldn't live without my license and trust me, it will give you a sense of freedom to be able to do as you please. At some point you are going to need to get one so do it now before your baby comes because afterward you won't be bothered.
I failed a couple of times due to stupid things like that too so don't worry, you'll make it!!
Best of luck

My best friend has 2 kids and no license!! She doesn't have them for other reasons but she gets around okay!!! The hard part is when you need to get to the Dr. for apts. for you and the baby!! Your fiance will probably be at work!! It just depends on the schedule of your man and other family members that will be able to help. Just make sure you get them after the baby so that you can do it yourself and you don't have to bug people!!
I hope I helped you!!:)(:

It shouldn't be too hard, there are lots of women who have babies and dont have there license or a car. I would reccomend when the baby comes out just make sure u have enough supplies for when your fiance is at work so you don't have to worry about running out of anything. Also make sure your kids doctor can work with you to see you when your fiance gets off work. My pediatrician has set hours for well-child appts.

I did quite well in my driving test based on advice that someone once gave me. He told me "Be the safest driver". So basically that's what I did. I checked all my mirrors before moving off, drove within the speed limit, slow down at any signs of obstruction, etc. Sad to say, it was the only exam in my life I've ever passed with flying colours. Good luck to you

try taking your test with an automatic car (then you don't have to deal with the clutch)
but no, you CAN have a baby without having a drivers license. think about all the teenagers that have babies that aren't even old enough to drive!
