ems is a big delivery company in china i have a parcel number from them CP053818525CN , you can't contact them from www.ems.cn their chinese website but i need to contact them to find out where this parcel originally came from
can anyone help ?

Try http://220.194.34.2/ems/English/jianjie.jsp No contact details as far as I am aware but EMS is the international arm of the Chinese post office. Try info@chinapost.com.cn or try phoning ParcelForce and see if they have any contact details for EMS. Looks like your parcel originates from Shanghai, judging by the ParcelForce UK tracking details.

EMS is part of China post.
Possibly they don't have anyone who can read English to read the emails that you sent them, so they just ignore the problem rather than find someone who knows English.
The parcel should have the senders address. It is illegal to send mail in China without a return address (I usually just put a fake address on the letters I send). You just need someone who can read chinese to read address from the parcel.
