What is the Power consumption for samsung pc 17" monitor (not lcd)?

You should e able to look up the specs on the Samsung site if you have the model number.

At a guess a 17" CRT will be in the 100W range.

The inrush current can be very high though - up to 50 amps - due to the degauss circuit.
