Imagine the person you are angry at as a fly. Feel like you can just smack the fly if it bugs you a lot. You can smack the guy like a fly later.

Keep your mouth shut. Inhale deeply and count mentally from 100 to 1 backward. Pause.Think over the cause of anger and assess its potency after 10 minutes,10 hours, 10 days or 10 months. Your anger will evaporate.
