As many have said worms are hermaphrodites, however they do not self fertilise. They have to mate with another worm.
The clitellum is a swelling of the body found in sexually mature worms and is active in the formation of an egg capsule, or cocoon. Eggs are produced in the ovaries and pass out of the body through female genital pores. Sperm are produced in the testes and pass out through tiny male genital pores. During mating, sperm from one worm travel along the sperm grooves to the seminal receptacles of another worm. Fertilization of the eggs takes place outside the body as the cocoon moves forward over the body, picking up the eggs of one worm and the sperm of its mate.

Yep, both at once. They do the boy girl thing kind of at the same time. Hermaphrodites.
They do lay eggs. That is part of what makes worm castings such great fertilizer. There are worm eggs in it. So you get more worms when you use it.

Worms do mate. However, they are hermiphrodites - a worm is both male and female. So any old worm can mate with any old worm.
I think they lay eggs.

Earthworms can breed both asexually--w/o a partner--or with another worm. Since they have both male and female reproductive organs, they can do either, which brings up the possibility of three worms breeding together at the same time (theoretically, that is...) They lay eggs.

Actually, worms are like hermaphrodites, meaning they all have male and female organs. They still reproduce sexually though, and I'm pretty sure they lay eggs of some sort.
